Lead Counsel - AI Transactions

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing artificial intelligence technology company, the full-time Lead Counsel - AI Infrastructure & Technology Transactions will negotiate and manage complex infrastructure and technology transactions critical to AI computing operations, working remotely with a preference for candidates in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, structuring, and negotiation of complex infrastructure and technology transactions
• Negotiate agreements involving cloud computing capacity, hardware procurement, and infrastructure services
• Advise on commercial and legal risks associated with large-scale infrastructure commitments

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Significant legal experience in complex technology transactions and commercial contracting
• Demonstrated experience independently drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting issues involving cloud infrastructure and technology services
• Experience working directly with technical, financial, procurement, and business stakeholders
