A company is looking for a Lead Course Subject Matter Expert in Leadership in Literacy Science & Systems Change.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a doctoral-level course focused on leadership in literacy science
• Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to ensure course alignment with academic standards
• Create course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments, and deliver lectures

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree (doctoral preferred)
• Expertise in literacy science, structured literacy, or systems-level implementation
• Experience working with school or district leaders
• Strong record of applied scholarship or leadership
