Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time salaried Lead Data Analyst will manage reporting infrastructure, optimize performance marketing, and collaborate closely with business teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to enhance data literacy and usage across verticals
• Bridge business context with data insights to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to guide data-driven actions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and handling unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to own reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to dashboard
• Strong curiosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner
