Job Summary

Leading the Growth analytics track, the full-time remote Lead Data Analyst will manage end-to-end analytics strategies across key growth levers, mentor a high-performing team, and drive data-informed decision-making to maximize user acquisition and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytics partner for Growth, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, translating business questions into actionable growth strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist, enhancing analytical rigor and execution impact
• Design and analyze A/B tests and incrementality studies to validate growth hypotheses efficiently

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Analytics Engineering within high-growth B2C tech companies or fintechs
• Expert SQL skills with hands-on experience in querying large-scale databases and optimizing performance
• Deep knowledge of growth levers such as Paid Media performance, CRM/Lifecycle incrementality, and Referral loops
• Proficiency in Python for analytical modeling and data manipulation
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor data analysts and scientists while maintaining technical expertise
