Lead Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing technical delivery team, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will engage with clients to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions, utilizing strong SQL expertise along with Python and Spark, while working remotely during US shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and Customer Success Managers to translate business and technical requirements into actionable specifications
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and data models while managing a team of junior data analysts
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Design teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful execution of solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and technical delivery
- Engineering graduates only
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries
- Good knowledge of Python and Spark
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including data-lineage and ERDs
