Job Summary
As a full-time remote Lead Data Analyst, the successful candidate will drive complex analyses and insights to influence operational decisions, optimize SQL queries for large datasets, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive analysis and insight generation on complex business and technical questions to influence senior-level decisions
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and develop reproducible analytics workflows for large-scale datasets
- Lead transformational projects from ideation through technical execution and operational rollout
Required qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles, preferably in high-tech or AdTech
- Expertise in writing complex SQL for massive datasets and experience with cloud data warehouses
- Solid grounding in statistical inference and A/B test design
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
