Job Summary
To support a large national industrial services organization, the full-time Lead Data Analyst in Data Platform Engineering will serve as the primary Snowflake administrator and data pipeline engineer, ensuring the security and performance of a multi-account Snowflake platform while enabling AI applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Snowflake platform, managing users, roles, and security policies while monitoring performance and costs
- Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various sources, ensuring data quality and timely availability
- Support the enablement and testing of AI applications, configuring and monitoring agents to enhance analytics capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, database/platform administration, or business intelligence
- 1+ year of hands-on experience administering Snowflake or a similar cloud data platform in production
- Strong SQL programming skills and experience with data ingestion and ETL/ELT tools
- Familiarity with AI/LLM enablement tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
