Job Summary
Partnering with leaders across the Talent Acquisition Group, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will deliver data-driven insights, manage operational and analytical reporting solutions, and support the migration to the Workday system and a new Snowflake data model while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven insights and manage a portfolio of operational and analytical reporting solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies, particularly AI, to enhance predictive analytics and develop innovative solutions
- Support the migration to the Workday system and the implementation of a new Snowflake data model
Required qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and seven years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with five years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of SQL or T-SQL, Python, and exposure to Snowflake
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI and Tableau
- Proven ability to partner with customers to create effective reporting solutions
- Self-motivated team player with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
