To establish and maintain technical standards for data and AI governance, the full-time Lead Data and AI Program Manager will collaborate with governance committees and technical teams, focusing on drafting standards, evaluating tools, and ensuring compliance in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and refine technical standards for data and AI governance, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Regularly review and update standards to reflect technological advancements and emerging best practices
- Develop and maintain data catalogs and metadata management processes to enhance data asset visibility and compliance monitoring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related areas
- 2+ years of experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance
- 3+ years of experience with data and AI governance technologies such as data cataloging and metadata tools
- DAMA-CDMP certification is preferred
