Lead Data Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing health insurance organization, the full-time remote Lead Data Architect will create and manage cloud-based data architectures, ensuring data quality and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and drive the enterprise data strategy in collaboration with Senior Leadership, leveraging cloud-based technologies
• Ensure high data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements through continuous improvement efforts
• Design and build robust cloud-based data solutions that meet business needs and integrate seamlessly across systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience developing cloud-based enterprise data warehouse/lake solutions
• Deep understanding of migrating data from legacy data warehouses to cloud-based models
• Significant experience with data management tools such as Databricks and Snowflake
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
