Job Summary
Providing leadership in data architecture strategy, the full-time Lead Data Architect will work remotely while managing data modeling, source-to-target mapping, and business intelligence design, with occasional travel to headquarters in Lancaster, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Define corporate data architecture and standards, including data integration and business intelligence architecture
- Collaborate with the Data Governance team to design and manage reference and master data programs
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and IT governance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 7 or more years of experience as a Lead Data Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of Data Mesh principles and Data as a Product (DaaP) methodologies
- Experience with metadata management policies and tools
- Proficiency in data modeling and design for development projects
