Lead Data Developer
Job Summary
To advance a cloud-first and AI-enabled data strategy, the full-time Lead Data Developer will serve as a technical owner and delivery lead, responsible for designing and implementing enterprise data platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions, ensuring high quality and maintainability
- Architect and implement scalable hybrid and cloud-first data architectures, promoting reusable engineering patterns
- Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in coding, architecture, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development
- Proven experience as a technical lead for complex data initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft data and cloud technology stack, including Azure and SQL Server
- Experience implementing AI/ML capabilities in data platforms or products
