Lead Data Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the development and operationalization of data pipelines, the full-time Lead Data Engineer will design and implement data management procedures, oversee a team of data engineers, and ensure the quality of technical solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized data management procedures for data ingestion, preparation, and provisioning
- Oversee the development and maintenance of high-performance data structures for business intelligence analytics
- Lead initiatives to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality while collaborating with DevSecOps teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 5 - 7 years of related experience in data engineering or a similar role

- Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks
- Experience in developing real-time processing applications and data pipelines
