To support a healthcare technology organization, the remote Lead Data/Platform Engineer will rebuild the company's data pipeline, modernize the platform, and establish scalable solutions for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild and modernize a legacy data pipeline, ensuring scalable and reliable data solutions
- Design and develop integrations for APIs, vendor file feeds, and external data sources

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale data platforms or data engineering environments
- Proven experience in re-architecting or modernizing data pipelines and infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
- Advanced SQL and expertise with data warehousing platforms like Redshift or Snowflake
