Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive machine learning and Generative AI solutions in consumer applications, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will build and run data pipelines, develop and deploy ML models, and set engineering best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python data pipelines for large datasets and ML features
• Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production, ensuring quality and performance
• Lead design discussions, mentor team members, and establish ML engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and machine learning, including libraries like pandas and scikit-learn
• Experience with data pipeline technologies such as Spark or Redshift and expert SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and operationalizing ML models
• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI solutions, including prompt design and deployment in production
