Lead Data Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the organization's data infrastructure, the full-time Lead Data Systems Engineer will architect, build, administer, and maintain AWS-based databases and automated data pipelines, while collaborating with stakeholders and managing technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and manage delivery
• Architect, administer, and optimize AWS-based data and application infrastructure
• Lead complex data migrations, integrations, and production workflows while providing technical guidance to team members

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, or systems integration in enterprise environments
• Advanced proficiency in AWS services, Python, and SQL
• Experience designing and operating production data workflows, including APIs and high-volume data loads
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and cloud security practices
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automated deployment practices, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
