Lead DataOps/MLOps Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the DataOps/MLOps platform, the full-time Lead DataOps/MLOps Engineer will build CI/CD pipelines, standardize orchestration, and ensure the reliability and security of data and ML systems in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the DataOps/MLOps platform and automation tools for building and running reliable data pipelines and ML models
- Lead CI/CD standards and pipelines in Azure DevOps for data and ML model automation and deployment
- Establish observability and governance for data and models, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in data, ML, or platform engineering, or in SRE/DevOps with experience in production systems
- Strong expertise in CI/CD with Azure DevOps, including build/release pipelines and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Dagster and modern data stack technologies on Databricks
- Proficiency in MLOps practices, including MLflow, model deployment, and monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
