Lead Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of complex, high-visibility client implementations, the full-time remote Lead Delivery Manager will manage project scope, budget, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams across various Datacor solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for high-visibility client implementations across diverse industries
• Own planning, scheduling, and risk management for multi-workstream deliveries, ensuring alignment with project milestones and timelines
• Conduct executive status meetings and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting delivery health and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, or a relevant area
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in ERP software delivery or implementation, with a focus on complex projects
• Proven track record of delivering large implementations on time and within budget
• Experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
