Lead Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

The remote Lead Operations Demand Planning Analyst will manage demand forecasting and planning activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally to align business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and statistical models
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align demand forecasts with business objectives and manage supply chain capabilities
• Support the implementation of new systems and manage risks associated with transitions while identifying cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting within supply chain operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and Anaplan
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationships
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain best practices
