Lead Developer
Job Summary
To ensure successful project delivery, the full-time Lead Developer will act as the primary client contact, leveraging a strategic mindset to oversee software consulting and delivery while advocating for best practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Champion best practices such as writing clean, reusable code and implementing TDD and pair programming
- Oversee the entire software delivery cycle from ideation to production, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with teammates to design solutions and advocate for continuous delivery practices that provide early value to clients
Required qualifications
- Previous experience with Golang, TypeScript, NestJS, and Kafka
- Solid understanding of various architectural styles, including Event-Driven and Secure architecture
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, DDD, and continuous integration
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
