Lead Developer - .NET
Job Summary
To support complex business processes, the full-time Lead Developer - .NET will design, develop, test, and deploy secure applications while collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust application solutions based on user stories and business requirements
- Enhance and maintain existing applications focusing on performance, stability, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and contribute to architectural decisions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of application development experience with proficiency in at least one programming language
- Experience with the Microsoft .NET framework and associated technologies
- Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and database concepts
- Ability to translate user specifications into written code and utilize versioning tools
