Lead Development Assistant
Job Summary
To support the sales team, the part-time Lead Development Assistant will manage inbound marketing inquiries, evaluate leads for qualification, and maintain data hygiene within Salesforce while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for marketing-generated inquiries and manage the inbound sales inquiry phone line
- Evaluate inquiries for readiness for sales communication and route them to the appropriate sales channels
- Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of full-time employment with a High School diploma
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Fluency in English; working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
