Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To transform infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will architect and manage a secure, modular environment using AWS and GCP, enabling both engineering and non-engineering teams to deploy applications efficiently in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and organize existing infrastructure with Terraform to achieve a fully versioned and reproducible state
• Architect and implement access control models to ensure proper authorization as the organization scales
• Design tooling that empowers non-engineering departments to build and manage applications within secure environments

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with AWS (ECS) and Google Cloud services
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Deep knowledge of IAM, OAuth, and resource-level authorization in multi-cloud environments
• Strong background in CI/CD best practices and operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
