Lead DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Driving innovation and automation, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will manage the enterprise Developer Tools and Software Catalog ecosystem, enhancing developer experience and productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the developer tooling ecosystem
- Define tooling standards, best practices, and support models to enhance Developer Experience (DevEx)
- Oversee tool lifecycle management, including onboarding, upgrades, and adoption initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software engineering principles and modern development practices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SQL, and Java or .NET development
