Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support customer deployments across AWS environments, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will build and mature the infrastructure engineering capability, providing hands-on technical leadership in designing, provisioning, securing, and operating cloud infrastructure in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain secure, scalable AWS account structures and networking foundations
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and engineering standards to improve infrastructure consistency and delivery efficiency
• Assess existing DevOps practices to identify gaps and implement improvements aligned with industry best practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related disciplines with significant production AWS experience
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, networking, and security best practices
• Experience designing and operating multi-account AWS environments, including AWS Organizations
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform and experience managing production infrastructure through infrastructure as code
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and experience with container orchestration platforms like ECS or Kubernetes
