Job Summary

Leading the technology product strategy for chronic condition management, the full-time Lead Director Digital Product will oversee the execution of technology solutions, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to enhance care delivery pathways in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to develop efficient care models and reduce administrative burdens
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to create seamless clinical technology pathways that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
• Manage the technology lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with clinical goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology product management
• Expertise in Epic EHR workflows and healthcare technology integration
• Strong understanding of Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) operational dynamics
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven clinical interventions
