Job Summary

Leading the technology product strategy for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products, the full-time remote Lead Director Digital Product will manage a multidisciplinary team to enhance clinical care pathways, ensuring efficient and safe outpatient care delivery while optimizing patient outcomes and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to develop and execute end-to-end care models, enhancing patient and provider experiences
• Lead cross-functional technology teams to translate clinical visions into actionable product specifications and robust technology architectures
• Oversee the technology lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with clinical and financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation
• Proven track record of partnering with primary care delivery networks and value-based care organizations
• Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and translating operational requirements into technology solutions
• Deep familiarity with clinical operations and Quality Improvement methodologies
