Lead Director Digital Product

Job Summary

Leading the technology product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Lead Director Digital Product will manage initiatives to enhance quality measures and programs, collaborating with clinical and business leaders to optimize patient outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to align health maintenance topics with clinical guidelines and manage the execution of related technology solutions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical technology pathways that improve patient experience and outcomes while overseeing the integration of external data sources with internal workflows
• Maintain accountability for the technology lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with clinical and financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic)
• Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks and value-based care organizations to enhance clinical care pathways
• Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and translating operational requirements into technical solutions
• Deep familiarity with Quality Improvement methodologies and Value-Based Care constructs
