Lead Director of Digital Product
Job Summary
Leading the technology product strategy for core clinical care delivery products, the full-time remote Lead Director of Digital Product will manage multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance care delivery in outpatient settings, while ensuring integration with Epic and value-based care models.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to develop efficient care models and reduce administrative burdens
- Lead cross-functional technology teams to create seamless clinical technology pathways that improve patient experience and outcomes
- Oversee the entire technology lifecycle from problem discovery to solution deployment and outcome realization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology product management
- Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and configurations
- Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-For-Service (FFS) operational dynamics
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale clinical technology interventions
