Lead Engineer - Full Stack
Job Summary
To drive innovative engineering solutions, the full-time Lead Engineer - Full Stack will design and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms while working remotely on a long-term contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, technical design, and delivery of data generation, ingestion, and analytics solutions
- Develop and implement real-time and batch data pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Mentor engineering teams and communicate effectively on architecture and strategic tradeoffs
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in distributed systems engineering
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js/TypeScript and Python
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and event-driven architectures
