Lead Engineer - Full Stack
Job Summary
Leading a distributed engineering team, the full-time salaried Lead Engineer - Full Stack will own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions, drive technical strategy, and ensure alignment with product goals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the Angular application and related APIs/services
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team while fostering a strong engineering culture
- Drive technical roadmap decisions and manage end-to-end delivery of web features
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in full-stack development
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development
- Proven capability in developing and architecting high-transaction systems

- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across time zones
