Lead Engineer - Full Stack
Job Summary
Leading a distributed engineering team, the full-time Lead Engineer - Full Stack will own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions, drive technical strategy, and ensure alignment with product goals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the Angular application and related APIs/services
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team while fostering a strong engineering culture
- Drive technical roadmap decisions and align them with product goals and timelines
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in full-stack development
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and experience with BFF/API layers
- Extensive experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development, including mobile and responsive UI
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across time zones with strong personal accountability
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and open-source technologies
