Job Summary
Driving technical execution and delivery, the full-time Lead Engineer, Merchandise Technology will lead engineering efforts across global merchandising platforms, focusing on modernization, high-quality delivery, and integration of AI/ML solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
- Mentor engineers and coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams to achieve shared goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience building and supporting enterprise applications
