Job Summary
Leading technical initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack will oversee the architecture and delivery of mobile and web applications, mentor a distributed engineering team, and drive the adoption of best practices in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the React Native mobile application and React JS web surfaces across iOS and Android
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed engineering team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver business solutions
- Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile and web features, ensuring technical scoping, risk mitigation, and adherence to coding standards
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile (React Native) and full-stack development
- Strong understanding of native iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) development
- Extensive experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development, including mobile and responsive UI
- Proven track record shipping production apps to the App Store and Google Play
- Deep expertise in React Native, React JS, TypeScript / JavaScript, and Node.js
