Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack
Job Summary
Leading technical initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack will oversee the architecture and delivery of mobile and web features, mentor a distributed engineering team, and drive the adoption of an A.I. first engineering mindset in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the React Native mobile application and React JS web surfaces
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile and web features, managing technical scoping through release and production monitoring
- Mentor and foster a strong engineering culture within a geographically distributed team across multiple time zones
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile (React Native) and full-stack development
- Strong understanding of native iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) development
- Proven full-stack capability with experience in BFF/API layers and mobile UI
- Extensive experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development, including mobile and responsive UI
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex engineering tasks
