Job Summary
To drive the development of the EDge product suite, the full-time Lead Engineer in New York will collaborate with technology leadership and product management, define engineering policies, and mentor team engineers while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in hiring recommendations, resource allocation, and project prioritization
- Collaborate with product management to design enterprise-level features and implement AI engineering tools
- Mentor team engineers and improve software quality through code reviews and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in core programming languages and related frameworks
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience
- Experience designing and implementing agentic systems and familiarity with AI engineering tools
- Proven track record in agile methodologies for product development
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to influence others
