Lead Engineer, Testimonials
Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day engineering of the Testimonials platform, the full-time remote Lead Engineer, Testimonials will manage the architecture, code quality, and production reliability while leading a small team and collaborating closely with product leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture and operational documentation of the Testimonials platform
- Run day-to-day delivery for the Testimonials team, including scoping and shipping against the product roadmap
- Lead compliance efforts for SOC 2, including access management and secure development practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with senior or lead technical ownership of a production SaaS product
- Strong hands-on experience running services on Kubernetes, including deployment and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ownership of a codebase end to end
- Experience leading a small team or workstream, setting standards, and mentoring engineers
- Comfortable partnering with Product on roadmap tradeoffs and communicating with non-technical stakeholders
