Lead Engineer with AI Expertise
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Engineer with AI Expertise, this remote position will design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI solutions while ensuring alignment with engineering best practices and enhancing internal tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, maintain, and promote applications while ensuring reliability and adherence to architectural standards
- Drive organizational adoption of Generative AI by developing enablement programs, coaching engineers, and integrating AI into daily workflows
- Architect and implement Generative AI features using Azure OpenAI Service and manage the use of GitHub Copilot across the engineering organization
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in full stack software engineering
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience with GitHub Copilot and Generative AI practices
- Strong knowledge of Azure technologies and AI governance principles
- Coursework or certifications in machine learning fundamentals or applied AI/ML preferred
