Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Engineer with AI Expertise, this remote position will design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI solutions while ensuring alignment with engineering best practices, operational maintenance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable applications and ensure application reliability
- Champion the adoption of Generative AI tools, providing coaching and enablement programs to enhance team capabilities
- Architect and implement Generative AI features, ensuring compliance with responsible AI practices and governance standards
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in full stack software engineering

- Experience with Azure technologies and AI/ML fundamentals
