Lead Engineering Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a hybrid work model, the full-time Lead Engineering Systems Administrator will design, maintain, and secure the core technology infrastructure for wealth management and financial services, ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support core technology infrastructure and services for company platforms
• Manage cloud and on-premise environments, implementing best practices for security and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to automate processes and resolve system issues

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in administering and securing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory
• Strong background in identity and access management and infrastructure security
• Proficiency in automation and scripting, such as PowerShell or infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with patch and vulnerability management and operating within an ITIL-aligned framework
• 6+ years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience in an enterprise environment is preferred
