Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Lead Epic Hospital Billing Analyst will instruct, prioritize, and quality check the work of other business systems/application analysts while designing and modifying application configurations to address complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct, direct, and check the work of other business systems application analysts
• Analyze business and user needs to design application configurations and procedures
• Document requirements and systems flow diagrams while leading projects with moderate budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare, business management, or information systems
• Epic Hospital Billing certification
• Effective project management and team leadership skills
• Demonstrated expertise in information systems software implementation and operational management
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience with application configuration
