Job Summary
Supporting the financial and strategic direction of a partner-driven sales organization, the full-time remote Lead Finance Analyst will provide analytical insights, develop financial models, and manage forecasting and budgeting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and produce executive-ready reporting to inform key business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
