Lead Finance Specialist
Job Summary
Managing financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Lead Finance Specialist will focus on Fixed Production Cost (FPC) management, including budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis, in a hybrid work environment with three days remote and two days onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee FP&A activities related to FPC, including budgeting, reforecasts, and actuals reporting
- Analyze performance against KPIs and propose action plans to support budget management and identify savings opportunities
- Drive process standardization and promote a Lean mindset within the team for efficient reporting and problem-solving
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
- Significant finance experience, preferably in financial planning or cost management
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
- Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
