Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic business partner to the Product & Technology department, the full-time remote Lead Financial Analyst will manage financial planning, analytics, and business partnership practices while collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive investment decisions and optimize budget allocations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance partner to department leaders, providing analysis for prioritization and investment trade-offs
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and multi-year planning for assigned departments
• Deliver month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis, presenting insights to senior leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial business partnering, or corporate finance
• Experience partnering with technical and product teams, with a strong understanding of business strategy
• Proven financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience presenting to executives
• Track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders and influencing without authority
• Experience supporting multiple divisions or business units and leading process improvement projects
