Job Summary
Serving as the primary finance business partner to GTM and Marketing leadership, the full-time remote Lead Financial Analyst will manage headcount planning, budgeting, and expense management while providing insights and recommendations on financial performance to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead GTM headcount planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking against targets
- Analyze financial performance versus plan and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- Business Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Go To Market Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance, or FP&A
- Strong experience supporting business leaders in a finance business partnering role
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
