Lead Fleet Services Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the maintenance transactions lifecycle, the full-time Lead Fleet Services Coordinator will oversee customer interactions, ensure timely documentation, and provide excellent service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to technician custody
• Provide excellent customer service and establish positive rapport with clients
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations to optimize technician assignments

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong Excel and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new IT systems
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
