Lead FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Lead FP&A Analyst will own forecasting processes, lead budget analysis, and build financial models while partnering with Go-To-Market leadership to enhance business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned GTM functions
- Lead budget-versus-actuals analysis, identify key drivers, and communicate actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain financial models covering headcount, operating expenses, and other GTM investments
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
- Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and explain complex analysis to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and constructively challenging assumptions
