Lead Full-Stack Developer
Job Summary
Serving as a senior technical leader, the full-time Lead Full-Stack Developer will guide development teams in creating scalable, secure cloud-native solutions while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hands-on design and development of distributed systems using AWS-native services and modern technologies
- Define architecture standards and development best practices aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Manage complex technical decisions, timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in software development, including experience as a Team Lead
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Django or Vue.js
- Experience with microservices, containerization, and API-first patterns
- Familiarity with AWS-native services and the AWS Well-Architected Framework
