Lead Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the technical direction and development of critical scoring capabilities, the full-time Lead Full Stack Engineer will design and implement AWS cloud solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of backend AWS cloud solutions, including REST APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Guide functional testing and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of software development experience, including leading technical design and delivery
- Strong backend development experience in JavaScript/Node.js and TypeScript
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda and DynamoDB
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
