Lead Full Stack Python Developer
Job Summary
To support a large insurance firm, the long-term contract Lead Full Stack Python Developer will design, develop, and test complex applications and web service integrations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build scalable applications across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure, leveraging AI-powered development tools
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to web applications and systems, ensuring data quality and system integrity
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Full Stack development with Python and either React JS or Angular
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and SQL/Postgres SQL
- Familiarity with .NET and AI tools like Claude
- Strong background in application support and API development
- Ability to create and maintain design and architecture documentation
